Payment

In our webshop, you can pay by credit card or MobilePay. Payment will not be charged until your order has been dispatched.

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

By placing an order, you confirm that your purchase is for personal use only and that the products are not purchased for resale.

Delivery

We offer delivery within Denmark via GLS. Under normal circumstances, orders from Classic Car House are delivered within 5 business days.

Orders can be delivered to a GLS parcel shop, private address or business address. You will receive an SMS or email when your parcel is ready for collection or has been delivered.

We cannot be held responsible for errors or delays caused by the shipping provider.

Complaints and Warranty

When shopping in our webshop, you have a 24-month statutory right to make a complaint regarding faulty or defective goods.

You must notify us within a reasonable period after discovering the defect. If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your complaint is valid, you may have the item replaced or receive a refund. We will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs associated with a valid complaint.

Please return the item securely packaged and keep your shipping receipt as proof that the item has been returned to us.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

As the buyer, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
